• Preorder Return and Refund Policy

  All preorder sales are considered final.

  Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. The item arrives damaged or defective.

  2. The preorder item has not shipped within 30 days after the stated estimated shipping date.

  Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items and must include photographs of the issue.

• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Delays that do not exceed 30 days beyond the estimated shipping date
